While I had not planned on continuing any books with my main character Demen and friends, with the encouragement of people who have read my books, I will keep those characters alive and well and will call any books that follow, the Demen series. After being told by readers who had followed Demen's growth, they felt she could grow even further and with those thoughts I have already outlined 2 more books in the Demen series.
Meanwhile, I am currently working on a book outside the series called How Strange the Pain

I am currently writing my third novel titled How Strange the Pain. Tentative release date is Fall 2009.
Book Synopsis:
Andy McNeil had been trying to contact her finance Jake for a couple weeks, Jake had been away on family vacation skiing. When she finally made it home from college, she drove straight to his house to surprise him from the airport only to find out from his grieving mother that Jake died in a skiing accident on the first day of their trip.
Jake's older brother Michael tries to console Andy. It's not long before she starts to find comfort in being with Michael. She starts dating Michael and on the side, is dealing with a possible online stalker that her best friend, Janie, is helping her try to figure out whether he is a true threat to her or an innocent admirer.
Michael starts doing little personal things that Jake did for Andy, making her somewhat uncomfortable. She thinks his heart is in the right place, but would prefer him to act like himself and not try to be Jake for her. Janie, on the other hand, is a firm believer that Michael is being too obsessive with her and that she'd be better off dating her stalker.
